Eligibility to Work

At Evolve Management Ltd we aim to meet Government and industry regulations in order to protect your rights and welfare.

As best practice, Evolve Management Ltd follows the 2004 legislation for UK Employers, which prevents illegal working.

Although we are not required to do so, it is the policy of Evolve Management Ltd to ensure that all of its sub-contractors are able to verify and confirm their eligibility to work in the UK.

A passport is needed to accompany all registration forms as proof of eligibility to work in the UK. The passport will be returned by Evolve Management Ltd by registered post once the registration process is complete. Alternatively, a copy of your passport that has been countersigned by a professional person is also acceptable. By professional person we mean a Surveyor, Trade Union Officer, Engineer with professional qualifications, Civil Servant, Police Officer, Teacher, Accountant, Solicitor or someone with a similar standing.

If you cannot provide a passport, please contact us on 0870 850 7621 to discuss alternative documentation that will be suitable as proof of Eligibility to Work in the UK.

EU Nationals

If you are a national of Bulgaria or Romania please provide a copy of your accession card.

Non EU Nationals

If you are not an EU national, you must provide copies of your work permit, or other approval issued by the Work Permits UK.
