Can I claim expenses?

Yes, these can be claimed at the end of the year, but not through Evolve Management Ltd.

How do I claim expenses?

An accountant would have completed a set of accounts at the end of each financial year. Any business expenses incurred during this period can be treated as an overhead within your business.

When do I receive my CIS vouchers?

From April 6th 2007 the CIS scheme has changed meaning that remittances will replace vouchers. Details of your CIS payments and taxation deductions can be found on your weekly statement from us.

I am VAT registered. what happens with my money?

We require a copy of your VAT registration certificate, we can then pay all invoices including VAT. CIS calculations exclude VAT.

Do I need to raise invoices for Evolve Management Ltd Limited?

No, but the self billing form issued by ourselves must be signed and returned.

Am I entitled to holiday pay?

No, under CIS you are defined as a business not a worker on your own account, therefore, you are not entitled to holiday pay.

How can I change from umbrella to CIS?

A registration form will need to be completed and you will need to notify your payment clerk. This is a charge-free transfer.

Eligibility to Work - Why do you need this?

We require proof of identification to safeguard all parties involved and to ensure that we are sub-contracting a legal contractor out to our clients.
